Permanent Magnetic Drum Separator is a coarse separator widely used for block sorting to remove large lumps in the primary stage. It is mainly used for coarse and medium crushing of ore to throw out the non-magnetic debris from the ore or for recovery of iron ore from waste rock in the quarry. The use of this equipment can improve the utilization of ore resources, which is very helpful for the cost saving of the whole processing plant.

1. Our Permanent Magnetic Drum Separator is made of high performance Chinensis material and is guaranteed to demagnetize up to 3% for 10 years. The whole magnetic system is wrapped with stainless steel plate to ensure that the magnet block will never fall off and be damaged.
2. The machine adopts an advanced bearing external structure, more convenient to replace the bearing.
3. The installation size is in accordance with the standard size of the DT75 and DT II belt machine, which is convenient for installation.
4. The semi-magnetic system design prevents magnetic ores from entering the inside of the belt and affecting normal operation.
5. As the active pulley of the belt machine, the strength of the pulley is ensured by the strength calibration with the help of advanced design software.

The lump size could be up to400mm. Various of sizes and magnetic intensities are available for different mineral characters.
